The booking process for our taxi was very straight forward. Although our flight was delayed by almost an hour the driver kindly waited for us, after we let them know via WatsApp. We request the driver to hold a sign with our name and found him easily with that in the crowd. After the exit from Tashkent airport, getting out is extremely chaotic, especially if you are travelling with children or elderly. Our driver helped us with this process too. So overall we had a an excellent experience and would definitely use the service again.

Why do tourists choose buses and shuttle buses to get Bukhara Kogon train station

Buses and tourist shuttles are the good option for those who are travelling alone or with a friend, for young people, who feel familiar with the country and speak its language as well as for those who would like to reduce the costs of their holiday.

Buses and shuttles vs. other types of public transport

The cheapest variant. Moneywise, a bus ride is either equal to other types of public transport (for example, suburban train), or 5–15% cheaper than any of these options.
