What is a shared transfer (shuttle)?
A shared transfer (shuttle) is a tour bus ride of a group of passengers, who do not necessarily know each other, but are travelling on the same route to the same destination. When booking a shared transfer, you book a passenger seat in the bus designated to transport tourists and running according to the convenient timetable.
As a rule, it is the most money-saving transfer option for a person.
How will I find my shuttle at the airport?
If you have booked a transfer from the airport, depending on the exact region, the driver can meet you at the exit of the arrivals area (after the customs and luggage claim) holding a sign with a name specified in the booking, or you should get to the meeting point by yourself.
Important note: the meeting point is specified in the voucher, sent to your email after making a booking.
How will I find the pick-up location in the city?
If you have booked a transfer from the city, the shuttle will arrive to your hotel.
If you are going from the train/bus station or seaport, the driver will contact you at the time specified in the voucher to arrange the exact meeting point.
How long will I wait for the shuttle departure?
In case of departure from the airport, train/bus station or seaport, the shuttle waits for all passengers. Please, note that the waiting time before the shuttle departs can take up to 2 hours but actual waiting period is usually less than 30 minutes.
In case you are going from a hotel, please be ready to board at least 15 minutes prior to the transfer. The arrival of the shuttle can differ from the time specified in the voucher. Important note: the shuttle will be waiting for you no more than 5 minutes after the arrival.
What is the duration of the trip?
The approximate time is indicated in the voucher.
The actual time may differ from the time stated in the voucher, because the driver drops off and picks up other passengers on his/her way.
In case of an airport transfer we are obliged to take you there no later than 2 hours, but no earlier than 5 hours before the flight.
What if my flight is delayed?
In case of a flight delay, please inform the operator by using the contact information sent to your email and mobile phone specified in the voucher. We will try to wait until you arrive or secure a place for you in the next available shuttle. In this case the waiting time may take several hours.
Can I book a shuttle to/from any address in the city?
We provide shuttle service only to/from hotels within the central city districts, or on the fixed routes to/from locations or resorts.
Please bear in mind, if there is no access to the hotel, the shuttle will make a stop at the nearest accessible point.
Can I book a shuttle for any time of the day?
The shuttle schedule can vary depending on the region. Available pick-up time will be specified on the booking page on our website.
What kinds of vehicles are provided for shuttle service?
As a rule, comfortable buses or minibuses are used for shared transfers, but in some cases it can be an ordinary car.
What if I have bulky luggage with me?
The shuttle service includes only 1 passenger seat and 1 standard luggage space (height + width + depth should not exceed 158 cm). Any bigger baggage can be considered non-standard.
Important note: if you have non-standard baggage with you, we would recommend you to order an individual transfer.
What if I am travelling with children?
If you are travelling with children, you should book an additional passenger seat for each child, as children of any age are considered as passengers.
Please note that shuttle service doesn’t include child seats. We recommend to book a private transfer for a more comfortable trip if you are travelling with children and over long distances.
