Everything went well but I had called the day before and changed pickup time from 12 to 2PM (2 hours later than booked). The driver still arrived 12.30 and had to wait an hour before I arrived. Inconvenience for him and not for me but still it seems the information didn't get through to the driver.

Всё отлично, заранее прислали контакты оператора, встретили точно по времени в обговоренном месте с табличкой в аэропорту, через 3 минуты уже ехали в комфортной машине в отель, хотя бронировали вариант мини. Огромное спасибо, и дальше будем пользоваться этим сервисом.

Already our third time with Kiwitaxi. A great experience, all 3 times! On time, good cars and nice drivers. When there is a misunderstanding about the pick-up. Location for example, you can reach nice person who will help you. Highly recommended!
