A bit apprehensive at first because I have never heard of Kiwi Taxi before my trip to UAE. but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the car. Driver came promptly, right on time. And it was almost $100 cheaper than what it would be if I gotten a car through my hotel.

The driver was there on time, even at bit earlier, he was very courteous, and he arrived in Dubai well ahead of time whilst always driving carefully and observing the speed limit. The car was spacious and clean. So, all in all it was a very positive experience.
